Welcome to PRISM. By accessing or using my website (the Site) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using my services.
Services Provided
PRISM offers executive function coaching, mental organization support, digital tools, e-books, and related resources designed to help clients build sustainable structure, clarity, and balance in their daily lives. All services provided through PRISM are educational and developmental in nature. PRISM does not provide healthcare, mental health treatment, counseling, therapy, or medical services.
Payment Terms
Coaching and digital products are provided for a fee. All payments must be made according to the pricing and billing information listed on the Site. Accepted payment methods may include debit or credit card, PayPal, and other processors displayed at checkout. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule coaching sessions at no charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled meeting time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 25 dollar cancellation fee. No call or no show sessions are billed at the full session price. Refunds for digital products or coaching services are not guaranteed and may only be issued under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Client Responsibilities
By using my services, you agree to:
• Arrive on time to scheduled sessions with a 15 minute grace period.
• Participate actively and communicate openly throughout the coaching process.
• Complete any agreed upon tasks to support your progress.
• Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all shared coaching materials and discussions.

Confidentiality
All information shared in coaching sessions is confidential. I will not release personal information to third parties without your written consent unless required by law or necessary to ensure your safety or the safety of others.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Site including text, graphics, digital products, icons, imagery, and coaching materials is the intellectual property of PRISM and its creator. This content is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRISM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my Site or services. Total liability for any claim related to my services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Termination
I may suspend or terminate access to services at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that disrupts or undermines the coaching process.

Modifications to Terms
PRISM may update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revisions will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting. Please review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in DeKalb County, Georgia.
